Coach Ben is a lifelong athlete and high performer with certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and movement restoration. With these tools, he helps his clients achieve their individual goals, whether it’s sport specific performance, strength training for life, or simply feeling better.
At the heart of Coach Ben’s approach is the belief that healthy and efficient movement is the foundation for any performance goal. He focuses on using the developmental movement sequence as a platform from which more power and complexity can be stacked to enhance the strength that is inherent in everyone. He believes that everyone has the capacity to move well and express strength. Sometimes we need guidance and belief in our own potential. Coach Ben’s mission is to foster this belief in his athletes, not only by providing the right programming but by truly listening and understanding their “why.” He considers his athletes as partners in the process and as athletes understand the “why” behind their training, they become more engaged and committed to the journey.
One of Coach Ben’s strengths is conveying complex concepts in a way that resonates. By breaking down movements and illustrating their purpose in clear, relatable terms, he helps clients understand progress and feel more connected to their development. Coach Ben believes that a strong mindset is just as important as physical strength and that improvement comes from a mindset where clients strongly believe in growth and progress. Ben is committed to leading his athletes to be their best.
“I’m there to not only design the best training plan but also to provide feedback by celebrating milestones and identifying where there’s room to grow.”
